Personalized Hormone Care for Women + Men
Feel Like Yourself Again
Hormonal changes can affect far more than you might expect—from energy, sleep, mood, and sexual health to metabolism, body composition, cognitive function, and overall well-being.
At MOKI, hormone optimization begins with understanding your whole health picture—not simply treating a number on a lab report.
Every new patient begins with our comprehensive MOKI Evaluation, including laboratory testing, a one-on-one provider consultation, and your personalized treatment plan.
SOMETIMES, YOU JUST KNOW SOMETHING HAS Changed.
Maybe you’re more tired than you used to be. Sleep isn’t the same. Your body composition has changed despite doing the same things that used to work. Your motivation, mood, focus, or sex drive feels different.
For women, these changes may appear during the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause. For men, declining testosterone or other hormonal and metabolic factors may contribute to changes in energy, strength, sexual health, and overall well-being.
Hormones may be part of the picture—but they’re rarely the only thing worth looking at.
That’s why MOKI evaluates hormones alongside metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, thyroid function, micronutrients, symptoms, medical history, and individual goals before recommending treatment.
Symptoms… Could it be hormonal?
Could hormones be contributing to how you feel?
Hormonal changes can present differently from one person to another. Some common concerns we evaluate include:
Low Energy
Persistent fatigue or feeling like your usual energy is gone.
Sleep Changes
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking refreshed.
Brain Fog + Mood Changes
Changes in concentration, memory, mental clarity, or focus. Irritability, mood fluctuations, or feeling unlike yourself.
Body Composition + Performance and Recovery
Reduced exercise tolerance, strength, motivation, or recovery.
Sexual Health
Low libido, vaginal symptoms, erectile changes, or changes in sexual function.
Hot Flashes + Night Sweats
Common vasomotor symptoms associated with the menopause transition.

Hormone Optimization For Women
Your hormones change. Your care should change with you.
Hormonal changes can begin years before the final menstrual period. During perimenopause, fluctuating estrogen and progesterone can contribute to changes in cycles, sleep, temperature regulation, mood, cognition, sexual health, and more. After menopause, the conversation also expands to long-term bone, genitourinary, metabolic, and cardiovascular health.
When appropriate, your treatment plan may include:
Hormone Optimization For Men
More than a testosterone number.
Changes in testosterone can affect energy, sexual function, muscle mass, body composition, and overall well-being—but symptoms commonly associated with “low T” can also be influenced by sleep, metabolic health, thyroid function, medications, nutritional deficiencies, and other medical conditions.
That’s why MOKI doesn’t make treatment decisions from a single testosterone result.
We evaluate your symptoms, health history, laboratory findings, cardiometabolic health, and individual risk factors to determine whether testosterone therapy—or another approach—is appropriate.
Treatment may include:

Hormone Therapy Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All.
There isn’t one dose, one delivery method, or one treatment plan that’s right for everyone.
Depending on your individual needs and clinical appropriateness, hormone therapy may involve oral medications, transdermal patches or creams, injections, vaginal therapies, or other treatment options.
Your provider will discuss the available options and help determine an appropriate approach based on your symptoms, medical history, preferences, risk factors, and treatment goals.
And if hormone therapy isn’t the right answer? We’ll tell you that, too.

Ready to understand what’s changed?
You don’t need to know whether your symptoms are hormonal before you come to MOKI.
That’s our job to help you figure out.
Your care begins with the MOKI Evaluation—a comprehensive look at your hormones and the other systems that influence how you feel, followed by a one-on-one provider consultation and personalized treatment plan.
