Primary + Preventative Care for Women + Men

Primary Care That Knows the Whole You.

Your health doesn’t fit neatly into separate boxes—and your medical care shouldn’t either.
At MOKI, primary care is connected to the bigger picture. From preventive health and routine medical needs to ongoing management of common conditions, you have a care team that already understands your history, medications, laboratory trends, goals, and treatment plan.

Healthcare Feels Different When Your Provider Actually Knows You.

You shouldn’t have to explain your entire health history every time something comes up.
At MOKI, primary care isn’t an isolated annual physical. It’s an ongoing relationship with a medical team that understands what’s happening across your health.
  • The hormone medication you’re taking.
  • Your weight-management plan.
  • Your cardiovascular risk factors.
  • Your laboratory trends.
  • The supplements you’re using.
  • The symptoms we’ve been following.
  • Your family history.
  • And the goals we’re working toward together.
It’s all part of the same health story.

One patient. One health picture. Connected care.

Some conditions require specialty, urgent, or emergency care. When a concern falls outside the scope of MOKI’s outpatient services, we’ll recommend an appropriate level of evaluation or referral.

We Don’t Want To Only See You When Something Is Wrong

Traditional healthcare can become reactive: develop a problem, schedule an appointment, treat the problem.

We believe some of the most important conversations happen before that.

Your ongoing care gives us opportunities to follow health trends over time and address appropriate risk factors

  • Cardiovascular health
  • metabolic health
  • Bone health
  • Cancer screening
  • nutritional health
  • lifestyle + longevity
And when you’re sick? we’re here for that too.

Sick Visits

Not every medical need requires a completely new healthcare relationship.

MOKI Members can schedule appropriate in-person or telehealth visits for common acute concerns such as respiratory symptoms, urinary symptoms, minor infections, rashes, gastrointestinal concerns, headaches, medication issues, and other routine outpatient needs.
Because we’re already your care team, we’re not starting from zero.
We know your medications. We know your history. We know your baseline.

That’s concierge-style care in a way patients immediately understand.

More about MOKI’s primary care…

No. MOKI provides ongoing outpatient primary and preventive care for our members. We can evaluate many common acute concerns, but some conditions require urgent or emergency evaluation.

No. MOKI is a self-pay medical practice and the membership is not health insurance. We recommend maintaining health insurance or other appropriate coverage for emergency care, hospitalization, specialist services, imaging, procedures, and other healthcare needs outside MOKI.

This is an interesting one because yes, conceptually. They don’t have to be on hormones or GLP-1s to belong at MOKI.

Absolutely. MOKI isn’t only a hormone or weight-management clinic. Our approach is built around comprehensive health, and patients may choose ongoing membership for primary and preventive care even when hormone or weight-loss treatment isn’t part of their plan.

A Different Kind of Primary Care Relationship

You don’t need one clinic for hormones, another for weight management, and another provider who only sees part of the picture.

At MOKI, we bring your care together.
