You may be wondering…

No. The MOKI Evaluation is a standalone service. You’ll receive your laboratory evaluation, provider consultation, and personalized treatment plan, then decide whether you’d like to continue your care with MOKI.

No. Prescription medications are separate from the membership fee. Members may have access to preferred pricing on select medications, including affordable GLP-1 options.

MOKI provides membership-based outpatient primary and preventive care in addition to hormone and weight-management services. Some healthcare needs require specialists, emergency services, imaging, hospitalization, or other outside care, so membership does not replace health insurance.

You don’t need a separate membership for each service. Your MOKI Wellness Membership provides access to our ongoing medical programs, including hormone optimization, medical weight management, and primary care, based on your individual clinical needs.

The comprehensive initial laboratory panel is included with your $300 MOKI Evaluation. Ongoing laboratory testing is separate, but members receive access to preferred self-pay laboratory pricing.
